1. Draft of Strategic Plan for three years (RY 24-27) was discussed and finalized. Signed hard copy will be made available in next BOD meeting. 2. Minimum three meetings will be conducted with a gap of 3 months. Next meeting will be in the month of November 2024 half an hour before BOD meeting. 3. Regarding Inducting new members, following decision is made: Scrutiny of new members will be done by strategic planning committee along with Membership Director for his/her final approval of induction. All realistic financial responsibilities will be conveyed to the new member to avoid any confusion. 4. Full Subscription of new member will be taken irrespective of new member’s admission month. It will be adjusted on pro rata basis next rotary year. 5. Regarding weekly meeting fellowship, appeal to members/ advice of senior Rotarian/Convenience Sampling per month etc.
