| Minutes of Meeting | This was DG Visit Meeting. It started with Meeting with Strategic Planning committee, DG was happy to know the fixed future leadership and plans. He suggested to also increase project beneficiaries, appoint District Event Coordinator, increase APF & Membership. Then DG interacted with Club Foundation Director along with District Foundation Director. Then he met the club BOD. All the Directors presented review of completed projects. DG suggested all to register for the District conference. After this, main meeting with club members started with national anthem which was anchored by Club Counsellor PP Pushkaraj Mulay. President Sameer presented the report of 7 months followed by Secretarial announcements by Secretary Milind. Following felicitations were done for foundation donation: Rtn Dileep Pandit, PP Abhhey Bhisey, PP Anant Tikone, PP Vishwanath Bellad, PP Dhananjay & Varsha Hirwe. Then Darpan issue was published by DG. AG Hemant presented his remarks about club. Then DG Shital addressed the gathering. He informed about Rotary, Well-known Rotarians, Rotary Foundation and interesting Rotary stories. He informed in detail about District Conference and appealed all to register for the conference. First Lady Ragini also specially invited all to register for the conference. Vote of thanks was proposed by PE Ajay Kale. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Dileep & Padma Pandit. Dress code for Ladies was White saree & Blazer for gents. |
