| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week activities by President Sameer & Secretarial announcements/Rotary Information by PE Ajay. Following felicitations were done: Rtn Suvarna and Ram Kutwal for Mahabrand Award for Urja. President Sameer presented review of completed projects in July & plans for August month for all the Directors. Then traditional aukshan of Birthday Boys & Girls (PE Ajay, Rtn Kalesh, Ann Smithha & Rtn Manasi) was done by Rtn Chitratai & Rtn Varsha Hirwe. After this, President Sameer conducted a short interview of all four of those with some funny/informative questions. Vote of thanks was proposed by PE Ajay. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PP Vibhakar Ramtirthkar Sir. |
