| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of first day activities by President Milind & Secretarial announcements/Rotary Information on first RYE program by Secretary Asmita. Following felicitations were done: Rtn Vivek Kulkarni for General checkup camp, Aroh Dinkar for presence in GPL Reality advertisement, Hon Rtn & Rtr Priyadarshini for Best Comedy Actress Award by Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Natya Parishad. PP Pushkaraj got two amendments approved by the General Body into our club Bye laws – Include PND in current Rotary Year’s BOD & collect 12 month’s fees from the new club member ( 6 month’s fees option should be available only to old club members). PP Nitin conducted the Felicitation of Past Presidents by President & Secretary. Chaitali Majgaonkar conducted Entertainment Program for all the club members which involved quiz, funny games, funny competitions etc. All present members enjoyed the show very much. Vote of thanks was proposed by PND Milind Patil. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PP Nitin & Namita Naik and Rtn Vikas & Arati Waghmare. Dress code for Ladies was yellow saree & yellow shirt/kurta for Gents. |
