| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting started at 7.30 pm. President Rtn Milind welcomed all the board of directors for the tenth BOD meeting of the RY 23-24. • The Minutes of the last BOD were confirmed. Proposed by PN Ajay Kale Seconded by PE Sameer Prabhune • President Milind reviewed the various activities conducted in April. He congratulated PP Vidya for good weekly programs, Rtn Vivek for camps, Rtn Nukul for Quiz, PP Pushkaraj for Cow Donation Synergy project & other APF donations. • Service Projects: Rtn Vivek gave information as follows: 1. Medicines worth 2 crore rs are distributed by Satyasai Seva Sanghatana 2. He updated about Eye checkup & Blood donation camps 3. Next Blood donation camp is planned on 1 Nov 24 4. 8 May – Thalassemia test checkup planned for new couples on occasion of World Thalassemia Day 5. 10 May – Cancer Checkup Camp at Kasaba Ganpati 6. 12 May – Cancer Checkup Camp at Narsinha Mandir 7. Cancer checkup camp is planned at Mahajan Hospital for 200 ladies and at Dhangarwadi with the help of WILO CSR 8. PP Pushkaraj suggested LN4 camp 9. President Milind congratulated Rtn Vikas, Rtn Uday & Rtn Vivek for Winzar project help 10. President Milind updated that Bhilawade School work will be completed in 15 days. Work for the School at Village Bholawade is done by RCP Katraj trust donation received. (School is suggested by Naik's) • The Rotary Foundation: PP Pushkaraj gave information about this: • Donation of $8500/- is received up to date including global grant project cow donation • Our Target is $ 12000/- for APF, so 16000 $ total giving • President Milind appealed BOD members to complete their foundation donation • PP Pushkaraj gave information about Virtual account for Rotary Foundation donation which was used for Mr Palange’s donation recently • Donation of Rs 3.5 Lakh received from TSUBAKI Conveyor systems India Pvt Ltd is to be used for medical projects and other things as suggested by company. • Club Administration: PP Vidya gave information about next month programs: • 27 April – Business Meeting + Natyavachan performance • 4 May – SERA VERA Awards • 11 May – DRT Meeting 3 • 18 May – AGM & Club Anniversary • 25 May - DRT Meeting 4 • Planning Assembly is planned on 8 June • Outdoor Meeting is planned on 15 June • Ladies/Gents Night is planned on 22 June • Thanksgiving is planned on 29 June • Youth Service: Rtn Kalesh gave information as follows: • Good programs arranged by Rotaract club, DZR visit is completed, New President is Bhagyashree who will continue for 24-25 • Aroh Dinkar’s lecture will be planned for Muktangan Interactors • Residential RYLA will be planned at C R Rangnathan School in June • Public Image Director: President Milind gave information about this: • No updates • Membership: PP Prasad information as follows: • There are 3 probable new members (Bharat Munot, Mrs Tikhe, Mr Sonawane) who are attending club meetings, BOD approved all. • Will focus on retention of members. • Vocational Service Director: PN Ajay gave information about this: • SERA-VERA is planned on 4 May • 3 awardees are finalized – Aniket Yadav, Nilesh Veer & Dr Sonam Kapase • Rtn Vivek suggested 3 awardees – Saroj Joshi, Ramesh Agavane, Ranjit Nale • Rtn Uday suggested awardee – Asmi Deshpande • Events Director: Rtn Nukul gave information about this: • Quiz response is very good • Treasurer: President Milind gave information about this: • Balances - Club 113947.54 /- ₹ & Trust 1819326.68 /- ₹ • Change Report is pending • Vote of Thanks: PE Sameer proposed vote of thanks. |
