| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting started at 7.30 pm. President Rtn Milind welcomed all the board of directors for the nineth BOD meeting of the RY 23-24. • The Minutes of the last BOD were confirmed. Proposed by PP Pushkaraj Mulay Seconded by Rtn Nukul Dinkar • President Milind reviewed the various activities conducted in March. He congratulated PP Vidya for good weekly programs, Rtn Vivek for camps, Rtn Nukul for Quiz, PP Pushkaraj for Cow Donation Synergy project & other APF donations. • Service Projects: President Milind gave information as follows: 1. Checkup Camp at Amanora on 5-22-26 March, Eye checkup camp on 27 March, Blood donation Camp on 29 March 2. Winzar project in progress 3. RCPK Project cost has exceeded 25 lakhs 4. CSR Donations received: Subaki 3.5 lakh, WILO 10 lakh, Sumasoft 6.5 lakh 5. PE Sameer suggested to route Amanora Projects through RCPK Trust • Club Administration: President Milind gave information about next month programs: • 6 April – Painting experience by PP Anjali • 13 April – Interview of Working women in club • 20 April - DRT meeting • 27 April – Business Meeting + Natyavachan performance • Synergy Meeting – Savale Memorial Lecture Series is planned • AGM is planned on 25 May • Club Anniversary is planned on 16 May • Planning Assembly is planned on 8 June • Ladies/Gents Night is planned on 15 June • Outdoor Meeting is planned on 22 June • Thanksgiving is planned on 29 June • Youth Service: President Milind gave information as follows: • Good programs arranged by Rotaract club • Rtr President Harshwardhan Sindekar has resigned, Rtn Kalesh is co-ordinating for accounts • Public Image Director: President Milind gave information about this: • Pigeon awareness flex to be put in societies • President Milind & BOD congratulated to Rtn Vivek & Rtn Viraj for 3-star award in MultiDistrict PI Seminar • Asmita suggested the need to increase likes on social media • Membership: PP Prasad information as follows: • Good support by all members for Membership Orientation, PN Ajay suggested to conduct this program every year • There are 4 probable new members (Santosh Shinde, Pradnya Gujar, Archana Tatkar, Bharat Munot) who are attending club meetings, BOD approved all. • Will focus on retention of members. • Vocational Service Director: PN Ajay gave information about this: • SERA-VERA will be planned on 4 May • Appealed BOD to suggest awardees • He proposed for new club website, however, it was rejected as there are no funds for this • The Rotary Foundation: PP Pushkaraj gave information about this: • Donation of $9000/- is received up to date including global grant project cow donation • Our Target is $ 12000/- • Gonset & Kacharewadi villages near Kamshet, Old Mumbai Road are given for cow donation, For inauguration of Cow Donation Project, PP Pushkaraj suggested to gift cow-baby cow small idol to every donor, Rtn Nakul suggested to give a certificate also. • President Milind informed that Nonrotarian Mr Karandikar donated 75000 for cow donation project • Events Director: Rtn Nukul gave information about this: • Unique Women’s Day celebration was liked by all • Unique Celebration planned on Club Anniversary • Treasurer: President Milind gave information about this: • Balances - Club 104591.55 /- ₹ & Trust 1998972.95/- ₹ • Change Report is pending • Vote of Thanks: PE Sameer proposed vote of thanks. |
