President Rtn Milind welcomed all the board of directors for the eighth BOD meeting of the RY 23-24. • The Minutes of the last BOD were confirmed. Proposed by PP Vidya Patil Seconded by PP Pushkaraj Mulay • President Milind reviewed the various activities conducted in February. He congratulated PP Vidya for good weekly programs, Rtn Vivek for camps, Rtn Nukul for Quiz, PP Pushkaraj for Cow Donation Synergy project & other APF donations. • Service Projects: President Milind gave information as follows: 1. Checkup Camp at Amanora on 2 Feb 2. Winzar project in progress • Club Administration: PP Vidya gave information about next month programs: • 3 March - Singing program at Sahajivan old age home • 9 March - women's day celebration • 16 March - Synergy meeting • 23 March - Holi celebration • 30 March – Club Assembly and Sameer’s program • Youth Service: Rtn Kalesh gave information as follows: • Program arranged at Muktangan school students on Anger Management and Goal setting • Program “Khelatun Vidnyan” arranged at Hiraman Bankar school • Public Image Director: President Milind gave information about this: • Distribution of jackets • Good & wide media coverage of the Felicitation program by Mr Aniruddha Deshpande for supporting their social activities held at Amanora park in various newspapers, web portals & TV Channels • Membership: PP Prasad information as follows: • There are 2-3 probable new members who are attending club meetings. • Will focus on retention of members. • Vocational Service Director: PN Ajay gave information about this: • SERA-VERA will be planned soon • The Rotary Foundation: President Milind gave information about this: • Donation of $8000/- is received up to date including global grant project cow donation • Our Target is $ 12000/- • Cow donation project global grant is approved by RI and in the next few months, it will be completed. • Global grant project Saksham 2 of RY 21-22 was completed & received closer report from RI • Events Director: Rtn Nukul gave information about this: • 3rd March program at Sahajivan old age home • Unique Women’s Day celebration plan • Treasurer: Rtn Uday gave information about this: • Balances - Club 1,29,507.54/- ₹ & Trust 6,03,558.7/- ₹ • Change Report is pending • Trainer PP Ajit expressed satisfaction about good projects in all avenues and good weekly meetings. • Vote of Thanks: Rtn Nukul proposed vote of thanks. |
