| Minutes of Meeting | This was the DG Visit meeting. After Strategic planning meeting, all BOD members explained about their achievements & plans to DG. Then DG was welcomed with crown & Sache by First Lady Mugdha for the general meeting. Ishastavan was presented by Ann Pallavi Nerurkar. All the District Officers were welcomed. Then Secretary Asmita gave the Rotary Information and presented stupendous Secretarial Report. President Milind took review of Service Project/Youth/Vocational Service/Membership/Foundation avenues. AG Sachin presented his remarks on club performance, he was very happy about the club performance. DG Visit special Darpan was published. Chief Guest DG Manjoo was introduced by Rtn Varsha Hirwe through a nice poem. DG Manjoo then fluently explained purpose of Rotary, how the Rotary Foundation donation gets utilized for the projects, why should we daily wear the Rotary pin and appealed all for donation to Rotary Foundation. Vote of thanks was proposed by PE Sameer Prabhune. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Padma & Dileep Pandit. Dress code for Ladies was White/close to white Saree & White/close to white Kurta for Gents. Starry theme was used for the decoration of the venue as per DG’s this year’s theme. |
