| Minutes of Meeting | This was AG visit + Sankranti Haldikunku program. Meeting started with review of first day activities by President Milind & Secretarial announcements/Rotary Information on Rotary Scholarships by Secretary Asmita. President felicitated PP Nitin Naik for Swargate Metro Visit & Jackets, Rtn Uday Gadkari for Ram Mandir Akshata, Rtn Vivek Kulkarni for checkup Camps, Geet Gayan winners - Pallavi, Uday & Vaishali, Weekly quiz winners - Manisha & Namita for 4 Jan, Abhay & Manisha for 10 Jan. This was followed by presentation by BOD – Strategic Planning by PE Sameer, Foundation by PP Pushkaraj, Youth by Rtn Kalesh, Membership/Vocational Service/Club Admin by President Milind, Service Projects by Rtn Vivek, Public Image by Rtn Viraj. Chief Guest AG Sachin Deshpande was introduced by Rtn Varsha Hirwe in a poetic style. AG Sachin Deshpande then expressed satisfaction about club projects in all the avenues and appealed to complete the target for foundation. Vote of thanks was proposed by PN Ajay Kale. There was birthday celebration by cake cutting for birthdays in December. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PP Atul & Swapna Durve. Dress code for Ladies was black saree/dress & black shirt for Gents. Rtn Nukul gave the stationary & tablet to Dadachi Shala on this occasion. |
