President Rtn Milind welcomed all the board of directors for the first BOD meeting of the RY 23-24. • The Minutes of the last joint BOD were confirmed. Proposed by Rtn Kalesh Nerurkar Seconded by PP Nitin Naik • President Milind reviewed the various activities conducted in August. He congratulated Rtn Vivek for Service projects, PP Vidya for August weekly programs, Rtn Kalesh for Interact Installations & activity, Rtn Nukul for Project Uday. • Service Projects: Rtn Vivek Kulkarni explained work done in August & planning for September 1. 500 cycles of dialysis machine completed and 3600 cancer check-ups completed. 2. 38 cataract operation completed successfully at HV Desai hospital for Hamaals 3. Along with Jairaj group, at Sane Guruji school, health checkup for 2000 students is planned 4. From 11 to 20 September at Balasaheb Devras hospital, संवेदना - LRCC CANCER check-up is planned @200 ₹ person 5. Planned Lokmanya hospital - dialysis setup upgrade in RY 23-24 6. Health check-up camp at Amanora is planned for 1500 अवंतिका, 650 housekeeping staff in September 7. Right to breath & Full body checkup @1000rs per head is being planned for 10000 Police staff 8. Planned - कबुतर ना खाद्य पदार्थ टाकू नये म्हणून जन जागृती अभियान 9. For Installation of 10 RDEP units at पारधी शाळा, खामगाव - Vivek handed over cheque of 126000/- ₹ and Pushkaraj will co-ordinate with District for getting the units • Club Administration: President Milind gave information about next month programs. • 2 September - zonal vocational excellence program planned for awardee Mrs. Jyoti Deshmukh of Sangeetanand music academy • 9 September - Shravansari • 16 September - in house program of interview with advocates of RCP Katraj club • 30 September – Club Assembly 1 • Youth Service: Rtn Kalesh Nerurkar 1. Rotaract installation is planned in September 2. CR Ranganathan school interact installation is done 3. Waiting for installation dates for Interact Club of Yeolewadi school 4. Bankar school installation date to be fixed 5. Installation of Interact club of Muktangan is done 6. Letter to be sent to Shivsrushti Ambegaon for the visit planned for CR Ranganathan school • Membership: President Milind gave information about this 1. Total 8 New members are added on RI website - Lady Rotarian 5 & Gents 3 2. 3-4 club members will attend District Membership seminar • Public Image Director: Rtn Viraj Dravid 1. Discussion was opened for club t shirt or jacket, BOD Members suggested that this time go for jackets. Rtn Nitin will help Viraj to finalize jacket. 2. Last month, we have our club’s news in 13 newspapers 3. RCP Katraj YouTube channel is activated • The Rotary Foundation: PP Pushkaraj Mulay 1. APF Donation of $500 is received till now 2. Cow donation Target is increased to 50 cows 3. President Milind will send email to RCP North president for confirmation of cow donation participation in project 30+ cows • Vocational Director: PN Ajay Kale 1. PMC Fire officer Shri Gajanan Pathrudkar was given vocational excellence award. 2. Planning for Zonal Vocational Excellence Awards program to be held on 2 September 3. Planning to felicitate postman for vocational excellence • Event Director: Rtn Nukul Dinkar 1. Collected books, stationery items for Dada chi shala 2. Nukul donated 15000 ₹ 3. Sameer donated books worth 5000 ₹ 4. Planning to donate as per their requirement. 5. Nukul will visit Dada chi shala for more details • Treasurer: Rtn Uday Thatte 1. Balances - Club 138000/- ₹ & Trust 134000/- ₹ 2. FD to be made for receiving interest on quarterly basis • IT Officer: President Milind gave information about this 1. All weekly meetings are uploaded on RID 3131 website, Facebook & Instagram. 2. All projects are uploaded on RI website, RID 3131 website, Facebook & Instagram. 3. President Milind appealed all to like & share as per links sent by her for each project & meeting. • Counsellor Remarks: PP Nitin Naik said that it is very well going in all projects and upload activities with timely completion of projects. This will help to improve club scores at year ending. He is planning to install sanitary pads vending machine at Metro Station and planning to put radium strip to stray dogs. • Trainer Remarks: PP Ajit Kulkarni was happy to see all club activities. • Vote of Thanks: PE Sameer Prabhune proposed vote of thanks.
