| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with welcome by President Namita & handing over to MOC PP Nitin Naik. ISHASTAWAN was presented by Ann Pallavi and Ann Madhura. DGE Manjoo, DRT Pradip & AGE Sachin were felicitated along with COPS 23-24 & 23-24 District Officers. SECRETARY'S REPORT was presented by Secretary Atul. President Namita presented her FAREWELL SPEECH. 23-24 BOD was installed by Chief Guest DGE Manjoo. Introduction of HONORARY MEMBERS - SHRI PARAG POTDAR & PRIYADARSHINI INDALKAR was given by PP Prasad. PE Milind was introduced by PP Dr Prabhakar Mahajan. PE Milind presented his plans. Club Bulletin Darpan & Club roaster were published. Service Projects “Right to breathe” & “Sanvedana” were inaugurated. HEMALKASA CHEQUE was handed over to Service Project Director Rtn Vivek. NEW MEMBER FELICITATION was conducted by PP Prasad. SECRETARY'S ANNOUNCEMENTS were presented by SE ASMITA including felicitation for the fellowship of Rtn Marutrao and Rtn Prakash Shah. INTRODUCTION OF DGE was given by AGE Sachin Deshpande. DGE Manjoo presented her expectations & informed about District Thrust areas and initiatives. Vote of thanks was proposed by PN Sameer Prabhune. VANDEMATARAM sung by Late Prachi Dharamsee was played at the end of the program. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by. Dress code for Ladies was Red saree & Blazer for Gents. |
