| Minutes of Meeting | Review of last week & Secretarial announcements were given by President Namita. Then the main program was anchored by Rtn Vaishali & Ann Swapna. The program was full of songs, dances & skit. Skit was written by Rtn Arati Paigude & directed by Ann Swapna Durve, participated by Rtn Arti, PE Milind Kulkarni, PP Vibhakar, Ann Ketki, Rtn Ganesh, Ann Madhura & Rtn Nukul. Songs were performed by PP Nitin, PP Hema, Rtn Mahadev, PP Dhananjay, PP Vidya & Milind Patil, PN Sameer, Ann Ketki, Ann Pallavi, PP Prasad, Ann Mugdha, Ann Madhura, Rtn Uday, PND Ajay & Vinaya Kale. Ladies group Dances were performed by President Namita, Ann Mugdha, PP Suvarna, Ann Pushpa, PP Vidya, Ann Vinaya, Rtn Arati & Rtn Vaishali. Couple dance was performed by PP Abhay & Smita Bhise, PE Milind & Mugdha Kulkarni, Rtn Ganesh & Aparna Hadke, Rtn Nukul & Madhura Dinkar. All the dances were choregraphed by Prashant Parekh with reference of President Namita. Dance practises were held at PP Prasad Gadkari’s office and at residences of PP Atul & PP Suvarna. New member Rtn Shalaka & Annet Pinak handled the technical support. Annet Pinak had prepared a selfie point which was used by all for photos. PHF pin of PP Ram was presented to him. Vote of thanks was proposed by President Namita. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PP Anant & Meena Ghalsasi. |
