| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week by President Namita & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Atul. President Namita welcomed all & explained purpose of the meeting and handed over to PE Milind. PP Nitin introduced 23-24 RI theme; RIPE Gordon McInally & DGE Manjoo Phadke followed by introduction of PE Milind. PE Milind gave opening remarks. Secretary & IT officer’s presentation was given by PN Sameer. This was followed by presentations of 23-24 Club Avenue Directors. Strategic Planning presentation was given by PN Sameer. Club Trainer PP Ajit & Counsellor PP Nitin overviewed all the presentations followed by review of PE Milind. All the 23-24 District Officers from our club were felicitated by Chief Guest AGE Sachin Deshpande who was introduced by PND Ajay. AGE Sachin presented his remarks on the plans for RY 23-24. Vote of thanks was proposed by PN Sameer. DRT Pradip Patil was present for the program. PP Ramchandra & Chhaya Raut's wedding anniversary was celebrated with cake cutting. All members enjoyed tasty Amras fellowship by Rtn Chitratai Kulkarni. Dress code for Ladies was yellow saree or dress & yellow shirt for Gents. Our Rotaractors were present with maximum attendance. |
