| Minutes of Meeting | • The meeting started at 8.00 pm. President Rtn. Namita Naik welcomed all the members of the Board for the Eight BOD meeting. of the year She shared the various activities and programme carried out in the month of January. • She focussed on the projects and projects submitted by our club during the Goal setting. Rtn Asmita to compile a list of pending Goals in each Avenue so we can complete them. • She appreciated the efforts of Rtn Vivek, Rtn Vaihali,and Rtn Nitin for the hard work and planning in the success of the SERA- VERA Awards program • Secretary Rtn. Atul gave the status of attendance and other activities In December • The Minutes of the last BOD were read and confirmed . Proposed by Rtn Vivek Seconded by Rtn Milind. • Views of major activities and programmes to be conducted were shared by different directors. • Service Projects: Director Rtn Vivek Kulkarni Director Rtn Vivek was gave the summary of projects planned for the month of March. He is planning Eye check up and Health check up camps for 1500 people Also Cervical cancer camp is planned. For students who are appearing in 12 th exams – How to face a interview is planesd with Daund rotary club. Breast cancer checkup with Astha Foundation. Also with Bharti and Sayhadri Hospital Right to Breathe projects are planned. . • Club Administration: Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane was Absent In Every Meeting Rotary Information was given. Following programs in March: 3rd March - joint meeting with Rotary Club of Pune Sinhagad road 11th March – Holi and Women Day celebration 18th March —Business Meeting 23rd March – Movie Premier of Phulrani with our Zone clubs. • Youth Services: Director Rtn Vidya Patil Rtn Vidya said that the work in Rotaract activities is as per plan. We have a program on Good Touch Bad Touch on 24 February Also star gazing program at Banker and Muktangan school is planned. Our annets gave a party to our RYE student. Rtn Ram and Rtn Suvarna were appreciated for hosting the RYE student. • Membership Committee: Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune said that they are planning to add one member - Mr Durgesh Chandak in March. One lady Rotarian is also planned to be inducted. • Public Image Committee: Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake. Director Rtn Ganesh Hadke was absent. Coverage about the projects done has appeared in many newspapers. • The Rotary Foundation: Director Rtn Meenatai Ghasasi Director Rtn Meenatai was absent. Rtn Prasad and Rtn Chitratai have donated 100 USD for the Foundation • Director Vocational Service: Rtn Rupali Bajaj. Director Rupali informed that the SERA VERA awards program was conducted and appreciated by all. We are planning teacher training in March. We are planning driver checkup in March. • Director Special Projects: Rtn Nitin Naik Rtn Nitin said that we have placed the order for the dialysis machine. Also, we are planning to give water ATM at Bhopal. • Finance Committee: Director Rtn Abhay Bhise Director Rtn Abhay Bhise was Absent. • Treasurer: Rtn Uday Thatte. Treasurer Rtn Uday informed as under The Balance in Club account is at Rs 1.44 lakh The Balance in Trust account is Rs 9.21 lakh He said we have to plan for the Rtn Ramthirthkar and late Prachi dharmsi scholarship program. • IT: Director: Rtn Asmita/ Rtn Pushkaraj Rtn Asmita said that All data has been uploaded on the RI Website • Club Counsellor :Rtn Ajit Kulkarni. Rtn Ajit – was absent. • Club Trainer :Rtn Ram Kutwal Rtn Ram was absent.
