Inform about the Public sevice activities for the month of January • The Rotary Foundation: -Rtn Meeenatai Ghaisasi Present Status of donation to the foundation. Plan till June 23. • Vocational Director : - Rtn Rupali Bajaj Review of program planned and done in November/December.Inform about the Vocational sevice activities for the month of January. • Treasurer : - Rtn Uday Thattee. | Minutes of Meeting | • The meeting started at 8.00 pm. As President Rtn. Namita Naik was not well so she could not attend the meeting, hence Secretary Rtn Atul welcomed all the members of the Board for the sixth BOD meeting. of the year .He shared the various activities and programme carried out in the month of November. • He appreciated the efforts of Rtn Ram for arranging the venue for welcoming the car rally. The programme was a great success because of the efforts of PP Rtn Nitin, PE Rtn Milind, Club Director Rtn Vaishali, Ann Manisha , Ann Mughda, Ann Pushpa, Ann Tanvi, Rtn Ganesh, Rtn Suvarna, Rtn Anant, Ann Ketki and Annet Pinak. • The entire program was appreciated by the entire District of 3131. • The AG and DG visit were successfully completed. DG and First Lady appreciated the unique welcome of them. • DG appreciated the efforts of the club and President in all the avenues of Rotary.All praised the efforts of Ann Manisha, Ann Pushpa, Ann Tanvi, Ann Mughda, Rtn Nitin, Rtn Ganesh, Ann Aparna, Rtn Asmita Club Administration Rtn Vaishali, Ann Gauri. Secretary Rtn Atul expressed thanks for the CSR funds from Rtn Dilip Pandit • Secretary Rtn. Atul gave the status of attendance and other activities In Novemebr. Alao appreciated the efforts of Pollinf officers Rtn milind Patil and Rtn Pushkarraj, for the flawless E voting process • The Minutes of the last BOD were read and confirmed . Proposed by Rtn Vaishali Seconded by Rtn Milind. • Views of major activities and programmes to be conducted were shared by different directors. • Service Projects: Director Rtn Vivek Kulkarni Director Rtn Vivek was absent. Rtn Nitin reviewed the projects done in in November The projects planned for December were discussed. • Club Administration: Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane updated about the programme carried out in the month of November Following programme were done in November 5 November - Chardham Yatra—Rtn vikas – 4 th dimension 12 November- A.G Visit 19 November- Annets night 24 November – D.G Visit—P.Y.C In Every Meeting Rotary Information was given. She updated on the programmes for the month of December 2 December - Welcome of Car Rally joint meeting with District. 3 December – Nomination Committee Elections - on line 10 December – Election Results. 17 December – Holiday on account of 2 programme of club members 24 December – Christmas Party 31 December – Business Meeting. . • Youth Services: Director Rtn Vidya Patil Rtn Viday was absent . Secretary updated about the RYLA conducted at Talegaon Congratulations to Rtn Vidya. Rtn Milind Patil, Rtn Uday, Rtn Kalesh for the efforts. • Membership Committee: Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune was absent. No activites done. No memebrs added. • Public Image Committee: Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake. Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake was absent. Coverage about the projects has appeared in Sakal and many newspapers. It was decided that the new year calendar will be published. The cost is approx. Rs 30. The following have agreed to donate and buy 100 calenders at Rs 50 each. Rtn Nitin, Rtn Gajanan,Rtn Atul,Rtn Prasad,Rtn Dilip,Rtn Anant,Rtn Abhay,Rtn Ganesh. • The Rotary Foundation: Director Rtn Meenatai Ghasasi Director Rtn Meenatai said to appeal to all club members to give for foundation. • Director Vocational Service : Rtn Rupali Bajaj. Director Rupali wasabsent. It was discussed that the SERA/VERA be given in the month of February. All are requested to find out the names of possible suitable candidates. Following names were discussed Mr Rohan Kale – Sepwell Mrs Vaishali Deshpande – work with special little children Mr Dilip Shelwant – Blind men Cricket team Work. Ms Sheetal Mahajan – Sky diving • Director Special Projects : Rtn Nitin Naik Rtn Nitin said that projects for next six months are consideration. we are focusing on raising funds and making project that will have a impact on society. He said that Rtn Vivek is working on the Dialysis machine project. We require donors for giving Fowler beds. Rtn Uday said that he will find out the best possible cost. Under Nidan we completed 3 camps of Breast Cancer. Total beneficiaries – 150. We have received enquiry from Bibwewadi club whether we can support them for Breast cancer van for their check up camps. • Finance Committee : Director Rtn Abhay Bhise Director Rtn Abhay Bhise was Absent, • Treasurer: Rtn Uday Thatte. Treasurer Rtn Uday informed as under The Balance in Club account is at Rs 1.15 lakh The Balance in Trust account is Rs 8.5 lakh.( To be reaffarmied.) Also 3 members yet to pay for next 6 months half yearly subscription. Also it was decided that the FD for the Administrative Expenses for last year,be done immediately • IT: Director : Rtn Asmita/Rtn Pushkaraj Both were absent All data has been uploaded on the RI Website • Club Counsellor :Rtn Ajit Kulkarni. Rtn Ajit – was absent • Club Trainer :Rtn Ram Kutwal Rtn Ram was absent • Other Points : The expenses incurred for car rally were of Rs 10000/- which were for electricity and extra manpower.. the venue was free of cost due to the efforts of Rtn Ram.it was agreed that the club will borne these expenses It Was discussed in detail about Rtn Kirtis NOC. In the Trust meeting it was decided that Rtn Kirti be given the NOC. Following are the openion of BOD members in regard to NOC Rtn Uday – let the future leaders decide. Rtn Nitin – Yes Rtn Atul – Yes , also take in writing that she will support if any query arises. Rtn Ajay – Yes Rtn Milind – Yes Rtn Meenatai – Yes Rtn Namita– Yes -- was asked over phone. Also Secretary appreciated the efforts of Nomination Committee chairman Rtn Abhay for the selection of next year BOD and PN -2 The BOD meeting for January – Rtn Vivek will be host.
