| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with welcome by President Namita. All the guests were felicitated. President Maithili from RC Poona & Annet Isha Shrotri from RC Poona West shared their rally experience. First Lady Hema, DG Anil & PDG Deepak expressed their experience of the car rally. MOC of the program was PP Ram Kutwal. We as a team, have exhibited great event Management. It was a District Event. The event was on a swing because of Delay of car Rally. In spite of rally reaching late, team Lead by PP Ram Kutwal sir decided to go ahead with the event as planned. And rest was the history. All PDGs, District officers and participants appreciated the event. Special thanks to PP Ram and Suvarna Kutwal for the sponsorship of Gulabjamun for fellowship as sweet dish. Overall, it was a great event and Teamwork. Vote of thanks was proposed by PP Nitin Naik. Dress code for Ladies was club saree & formals for Gents. |
