| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with welcome by President Namita, Ishstavan by Ann Mugdha & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Atul. PP Vibhakar gave Rotary Information on why to donate for Rotary Foundation. Chief Guest DG Dr Anil Parmar was introduced by AG Kiran Deolalkar. DG Anil appreciated our club’s service project activities & good club administration along with excellent weekly programs. He appealed to induct more members and also to increase foundation target further as earlier target of 5000$ is already completed. He presented District Website team award to President Namita for RID 3131 app downloaded by 100% members. Vote of thanks was proposed by PE Milind Kulkarni. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PP Dr Prabhakar & Jayashree Mahajan. Dress code for Ladies was Jardosi work saree & Blazer for Gents. Ann Manisha Tikone along with Ann Pushpa, Ann Aparna & Ann Mugdha decorated the venue including a beautiful floral rangoli based on Rotary theme 22-23 (Imagine Rotary). Club Admin Director Vaishali & Secretary Atul ensured that venue is very well decorated & organised. |
