Inform about club programs for the month of the November. • Youth Service : - Rtn Vidya Patil Review of program planned and done in October.Inform about the Youth sevice activities for the month of the Novemeber. • Membership Development : - Rtn Sameer Prabhune Plan for the number of members for the next six months as budget was decided with 49 members and we have at present 45 members Any New members induction till D.G visit. • Public Image Director: - Rtn Ganesh Hadake Review of program planned and done in October.Inform about the Public sevice activities planned for the month of the Novemeber. • The Rotary Foundation: -Rtn Meeenatai Ghaisasi Plan for the amount to be given for foundation till D.G visit. Present Status of our club members who have donated for foundation. • Vocational Director : - Rtn Rupali Bajaj Review of program planned and done in October.Inform about the Vocational sevice activities for the month of the Novemeber. • Treasurer : - Rtn Uday Thattee. Status of account of club. Status of account of trust. Expenses incurred till now. • I.T : - Rtn Asmita Status of projects uploaded on relevant platforms. • Director Special Projects : -Rtn Nitin Naik Review of program planned and done in October.Inform about the Special sevice activities planned for the month of the Novemeber • Director Finanace : -Rtn Abhay Bhise Raise Funds for the planned projects. Increase the corpus of the club. | Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of Meeting of Fourth BOD held on Thursday 20 October 2022 at Hotel Relax Host : Rtn Ganesh Hadake Members present : 1. Rtn. Namita Naik- President 2. Rtn Atul.Durve - Secretary 3. Rtn. Asmita Patil – Vice President / Jt. Secretary 4. Rtn Milind Kulkarni - P.E. 5. Rtn. Ganesh Hadake – Public Image 6. Rtn Nitin Naik- Director- Special Projects • The meeting started at 8.00 pm. President Rtn. Namita Naik welcomed all the members of the Board for the Fourth BOD meeting. of the year .She shared her views regarding the various activities and programme carried out in the month of October • Secretary Rtn. Atul gave the status of attendance and other activities In October • The Minutes of the last BOD were read and confirmed . Proposed by Rtn Asmita Seconded by Rtn Milind. • Views of major activities and programmes to be conducted were shared by different directors. • Service Projects: Director Rtn Vivek Kulkarni Director Rtn Vivek was absent. Breast checkup camp was conducted on 12, 13 and 14 th October at Amanora The projects planned for November will be informed later . • Club Administration: Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane updated about the programme carried out in the month of October Following programme were done in October 1 October : Dandiya 8 October - Kojagiri 15 October- Program on mental stress – Rtn Ashish Tavkar 23 October – Deep Sandhya-- planned 29 october – Business Meeting-- planned In Every Meeting Rotary Information was given. She updated on the programs for the month of November 5 November- to be decided 12 November- A.G Visit 19 November- to be decided 24 November – D.G Visit • Youth Services: Director Rtn Vidya Patil Rtn Vidya was absent. No activities were carried out. • Membership Committee: Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune was absent . No activites done. • Public Image Committee: Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake. Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake was present Coverage about the projects has appeared in Sakal and many newspapers. Also good coverage in Diwali Magazine Apekskha • The Rotary Foundation: Director Rtn Meenatai Ghasasi Director Rtn Meenatai was absent. It was suggested by President that at least till D.G visit we have to hand over some substantial amount for foundation Rtn Namita and Rtn Nitin are planning on becoming PH2 level members . Rtn Asmita has given USD 100 for Polio. Rtn Ajay ,Rtn Anant , Rtn Pushkar have given USD 100. • Director Vocational Service : Rtn Rupali Bajaj. Director Rupali was absent. No activites planned or carried out. • Director Special Projects : Rtn Nitin Naik Director Rtn Nitin Naik was congratulated for the project Pratisad, due to the flash floods in Pune before Diwali, lot of people had become homeless. Swaroop Vardhini approached through Rtn Anjali our club for help . due to the untiring efforts on Rtn Nitin and Rtn Anjali by their appeal we could collect Rs 21000/-. We distributed 30 packets of Diwali products to the needy people. P.E Rtn Milind said that the efforts of Rtn Nitin were on line of Rotary principal above Service above Self. • Finance Committee : Director Rtn Abhay Bhise Director Rtn Abhay Bhise was Absent, • Treasurer: Rtn Uday Thatte. Treasurer Rtn Uday informed as under The Balance in Club account is at Rs 1.41 lakh The Balance in Trust account is Rs 0.66 lakh The corpus of the club is approx. Rs 7 lakh. FY 21-22 Returns submitted to charity commissioner. • IT: Director :Rtn Pushkarraj/Rtn Asmita Rtn Asmita informed that all the projects and activities carried out by our club are uploaded on District website immediately. • Club Counsellor :Rtn Ajit Kulkarni. Rtn Ajit was absent. • Club Trainer :Rtn Ram Kutwal Rtn Ram was absent. • Other Points : As we are having our A.G Visit on 12 November and D.G VISIT On 24 November, we have to do lot of preparations. All Bod members should be prepared of what projects they have done and what are being planned. Also the goal setting targets set by our club have to be reviewed.
