| Minutes of Meeting | • The meeting started at 8.00 pm. President Rtn. Namita Naik welcomed all the members of the Board for the third BOD meeting. of the year .She shared her views regarding the various activities and programme carried out in the month of September. • She appreciated the efforts taken by Service Project Director Rtn Vivek and Special Project Director Rtn Nitin for various service projects in September .Also all the members of the club were appreciated. • She also appreciated the efforts of Youth Service Director Rtn Vidya Patil for programme in September. • She also appreciated the efforts of Rtn Sameer for programme of Ganpati making Idols. • Secretary Rtn. Atul gave the status of attendance and other activities In September • The Minutes of the last BOD were read and confirmed . Proposed by Rtn Nitin Seconded by Rtn Milind. • Views of major activities and programmes to be conducted were shared by different directors. • Service Projects: Director Rtn Vivek Kulkarni Director Rtn Vivek updated about service project carried out in September 2022. Vitamin Tablet to 67 people It was decided to hold the Samajparivartan and Ganesh awards on 24 sept 22 Projects for October are : Vitamin Tablet to 450 people Cancer check up plan . Eye checkup for students. Skill Training programme on Plumbing and Electrical at Bhilarewadi • Club Administration: Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane Director Rtn Vaishali Lupane updated about the programme carried out in the month of September. . Following programme were done in September 5 September : Joint Zoom Meeting with SYNERGY CLUB of Australia 10 Septemeber : Holiday on account of Ganesh Visarjan 17 September : Programme on Hollywood movies by PP Rtn Walimbe - planned 23 September : Business Meeting –Planned . 25 Spetember- Adarsh Ganesh utsav and Samaj Parivartan Awards- planned In Every Meeting Rotary Information was given. She updated on the programmes for the month of October. 1 October : Dandiya 8 October Kogajiri 14 October : Lecture by Rtn Aashish Tavkar 23 October : Deep Sandhya 29 October : Business Meeting • Youth Services: Director Rtn Vidya Patil Rtn Viday said no activites will be carried out in September The metro ride and Ganpati making programme by Rtn Sameer for the students of C.R.Ranganathan school were appreciated by all. The Installation ceremony of our Interact Club Muktangan school was carried out the programme was well organised. 4 members from our club will be going to attend the Youth seminar.aslo a programme will be done on sightseeing of stars at Muktangan. All the activites for installation of Rotaract and Interact are finished. Rtn Milind said that the paperwork required to convert Interact Club of Mukatngan—Boys only to be sponsored by Rotary Club of Katraj is being done , as Rotary club of Midtown ha taken out its interest in that club. • Membership Committee: Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune Director Rtn Sameer Prabhune was absent . No activites done in August. Considering the present strength of members increase of members is very essential for the club. All were requested to bring young and vibrant members.. • Public Image Committee: Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake. Director Rtn Ganesh Hadake was absent Coverage about the projects has appeared in Sakal and many newspapers. • The Rotary Foundation: Director Rtn Meenatai Ghasasi Director Rtn Meenatai was absent. No activities were carried out. • Director Special Projects : Rtn Nitin Naik Director Rtn Nitin Naik was congratulated for the opening of the project Under nidan scheme , Breast Cancer Detection Machine to Lokmanya Hospital . Also we are planning to give Dialysis machine the approximate cost is about 96 lakh, The details of the activities for the 24 th programme will be finalised. Rtn Nitin to coordinate with all concerned for the programme • Finance Committee : Director Rtn Abhay Bhise Director Rtn Abhay Bhise was Absent • Director Vocational Service : Director Rtn Rupali Bajaj. Director Rtn Rupali was absent. • Treasurer: Rtn Uday Thatte. Treasurer Rtn Uday informed as under The Balance in Club account is at Rs 2.48 lakh The Balance in Trust account is Rs 2.30 lakh The corpus of the club is approx. Rs 7 lakh. • IT: Director :Rtn Pushkarraj/Rtn Asmita Rtn Asmita informed that all the projects and activities carried out by our club are uploaded on District website immediately. • Club Counsellor :Rtn Ajit Kulkarni. Rtn Ajit was absent. • Club Trainer :Rtn Ram Kutwal Rtn Ram was absent. • Other Points : 1. It was decided that till we get all the Details from PP Rtn Kirti her NOC will not be given.This is endless subject without any solid framework of results as no commitment is being received from PP Rtn Kirti 2. Rtn Anant had put forward a proposal through Rtn Nitin that under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yogana our trust will the primary nodal point for receiving all the CSR funds. The details project has to be submitted. The Administration charges can be made as a corpus for our club. Rtn Uday agreed to do all the accounts keeping, subject to approval from CA whether we can do such type of activity in the trust. The Board principally agreed for the proposal. 3. Rtn Vivek said that the cheque of Rs 3100/- CSR of Amarona to be used for eye- checkup and spectacles of Hamal Children. 4. Rtn Nitin suggested that the Samaj Parivartan award be given to Mr Rajesh Shah, which was accepted by all. All the details will be done by Rtn Nitin.He also said that PDG Rtn Mohan Palesha to be the Chief Guest. 5. Rtn Nitin said that Broucher and all other material required for Nidan Project is under printing. 6. Rtn Nitin said that the District is doing a project on Baby Warmer at the cost of Rs 1000 each. So it was requested that we give 2 machines which was accepted by all. Following Directors have agreed to host BOD meetings as under October- Rtn Uday November – Rtn Sameer December – Rtn Vaishali January – Rtn Vivek The meeting ended at 9 pm with vote of thanks to the host and all members for attending the meeting by P.E Rtn Milind Kulkarni |
