RYLA was arranged for farmers on the topic of Organic farming. Many young farmers want to shift from traditional farming to organic farming and also implement some out-of-box concepts to market their agricultural produce. The participants were motivated to form teams within themselves to collectively market the organic products. Hence a RYLA was arranged for them to know the various aspects like techniques of organic farming, marketing of organic farming, need of organic farming and government schemes available for organic farming. An ONLINE contest was also organised for the farmers to come up with new and fresh ideas based on the topics covered over 2 days of RYLA and winning entries were rewarded. Renowned organic farmer Dyneshwar Bodke was the chief mentor for the RYLA. Some renowned docters also participated to give information on the benefits of organic farming. A panel discuusion for highlighing the success stories of farmers doing organic farming was also organised and moderated by Rtn. Anjali Hugay. The 2 day knowlede session This RYLA was arranged in synergy with 14 other Rotary clubs from district 3131
