RC Pune Katraj has a community based interact club in 'Dadachi Shala'. The students there are from underprivileged society and typically street children. In order to teach and encourage them to earn a small living by their own efforts, the club gave them diwali pantis along with coloring material. The children in turn painted the diyas and they we purchased back again by the club members during the Diwali Family get together.
