About Club: Rotary Club of Pune Katraj came into existence vide RI charter on 16th May 1996 under the parent ship of RC Pune Tilak Road. The club was formed with 26 members under leadership of Rtn. Dr. R. P. Joshi. Rotary Club of Pune Katraj is a 100% PHF Club with one Major Donor and 6 Multiple Paul Harris Fellows. Club Mission Statement

Mission Our Rotary bulletin Darpan should be made more innovative and impressive by printing important editions in colour, and adding important Rotary information in the same. Attendance percentage of the club should be improve by allocating senior members as Mentors Programs should be planned keeping in mind diversity of subjects and types of programs New members inducted should be such that they are suitable to Rotary culture. The membership should not be increased beyond 80 members and retention should be maintained around 95% Continue to implement some service projects at our club RCC at Mangdhari Global Grant project for GoDaan is to be implemented at Oholi. Further projects can be continued at selected village so that measured improvement can be demonstrated over time Attempt to convert Rotaract members into Rotarians Continue implementation of Rotary Sandesh Abhiyan to spread awareness messages through brands Foundation donation at a minimum of $100 per capita, incoming member to be made into a PHF

Vision Club Administration – Improve the quality / variety of our Monthly bulletin (Darpan), improve attendance, diversity in programs in order to cater to various interests, subjects, vocations, etc. Membership – Build a strong club with a maximum of 80 members Service projects – Execute Global Grant projects on a continual projects, develop one Happy Village Youth Services – Strengthen the activities of Interact and Rotartact clubs and develop the members to become better citizens Public Image – Conduct Rotary Global Essay Competition to enhance the image of our club in Rotary International The Rotary Foundation – Target EREY of a minimum $100
